This surprisingly delicious kiwi blueberry smoothie packs a 1-2 health punch: blueberries counteract the physical and mental effects of aging, while kiwi bolsters your immunity.
Recipe:
2 scoops French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1-1½ cups of cold water, unsweetened almond milk, milk, or rice milk
1 kiwi, peeled and cut into chunks
½ cup unsweetened frozen blueberries
4-6 ice cubes
Put all of the ingredients into a blender; blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
