Banana Blueberry Smoothie

With all the healthy benefits of blueberries and bananas you can enjoy this smoothie any time of the day. It makes a great start to the day or a delicious and luscious dessert. 

Recipe:

2 scoops French Vanilla or Triple Chocolate Brownie INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1 cup water, nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
½ fresh or frozen banana, sliced
¼ cup frozen blueberries
2 to 3 ice cubes

Put all of the ingredients into a blender; blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
