Banana Strawberry Smoothie

Save time by filling plastic baggies with strawberries, bananas or any of your favorite fruits and place in the freezer. When you're ready to blend up a banana strawberry smoothie, simply toss the frozen fruit in with the rest of the ingredients. So easy and convenient!

Recipe:

2 scoops French Vanilla or Triple Chocolate Brownie INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1 cup water (or nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk)
½ frozen banana, sliced
4 frozen strawberries
4-6 ice cubes

Put all of the ingredients into the blender; blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
