Blueberry-Banana Nut Brownie Muffins

Try this great recipe was submitted by a customer, Sonia Cu, and is one of our most popular. Thanks for sharing with us, Sonia! 

2½ cups Triple Chocolate Brownie INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1½ cups egg whites 
½ cup walnuts 
2 tbsp flaxseed
¾ cup almond milk 
1 cup blueberries
2 tbsp water
3 mashed bananas
¼  cup applesauce 
2 tbsp coconut oil
1½ tbsp cinnamon 
3 tsp gluten-free baking powder
Pinch of sea salt
Powdered sugar (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Pour mixture into muffin pan, overfilling each cup. (These muffins don't rise as much as other muffins). Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick stuck into center comes out clean. Cool before removing from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.

To get the maximum benefit from both our shakes and fat burner, treat the shakes like a meal replacement, and take the fat burner 2-3 time per day, according to directions. If you are replacing breakfast, we suggest taking one fat burner capsule before breakfast and then one or two more before your heaviest meal of the day.
