2 cups raw almonds
¼ cup pure maple syrup
⅛ tsp sea salt

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add all ingredients. Stir until almonds are evenly coated and collagen dissolves.
  3. Stir frequently until maple syrup reduces and begins to caramelize, about five minutes.
  4. Transfer nuts to the parchment-lined baking sheet. Let cool completely. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature up to three days.
