Packed with vitamin C and antioxidants, cranberries and oranges make a tangy and delicious winter smoothie. Just keep a pack of frozen cranberries on hand. For additional sweetness, add 1/3 frozen banana.

Recipe:

2 scoops of French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
A few frozen cranberries
½ orange
4 small ice cubes

Put all of the ingredients into the blender; blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
