Ginger Pineapple Zinger Smoothie

Ginger will add a kick to your smoothie while bolstering your health. Both ginger and pineapple have anti-inflammatory properties to help ease muscle soreness after your workout. Ginger is also an antioxidant and acts as a fat burner — promoting weight loss from fat rather than muscle or water loss.

Recipe:

2 scoops French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1-1½
cups cold water, unsweetened almond milk, milk or rice milk

⅓ cup pineapple
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger root
4-6 ice cubes

Put all of the ingredients into the blender; blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
