There’s nothing like the smell and taste of gingerbread cookies to get you into the holiday spirit! These gingerbread cookie balls pack the same flavor without all of the sugar and refined flour. Whip these up for a scrumptious treat or snack to nibble on throughout the week!

Recipe:
(Makes 10-12 balls)

1½ cups walnuts
½ cup almond flour
1 scoop French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
2 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground cloves
¼ tsp salt

In a food processor or high-speed blender, add the walnuts, almond flour INVIGOR8 powder, molasses, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves and salt.

Process/blend until a dough starts to come together, scraping down the sides as needed.

Roll into 10 to 12 balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
