Gingerbread Cookie Bliss Balls

There’s nothing like the smell and taste of gingerbread cookies or gingerbread house making to get you into the holiday spirit! These bliss balls pack all of the same flavor without all of the sugar and refined flour. Whip these up for the perfect holiday treat or snack to nibble on throughout the week!

Recipe
(makes 10-12 balls)

1 ½ cups walnuts
½ cup almond flour
1 scoop French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
2 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground cloves
¼ tsp salt

Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan and spread into one even layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until brownies are set around the edges and center. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then remove from the pan and cut into squares.

In a food processor or high-speed blender, add the walnuts, INVIGOR8 powder, molasses, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves and salt.

Process/blend until a dough starts to come together, scraping down the sides as needed.

Roll into ten to twelve balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
