Recipe:
(Yields approximately 2 cups)

1 unpeeled lemon
1 medium cucumber
4 celery stalks
2 cups spinach
1 head romaine
1 green apple

Wash all produce.

Process lemon, cucumber, celery, spinach, romaine and apple through a juicer according to the juicer instruction manual.

Stir in the collagen.

Serve immediately as is or pour over ice.
