Blend up this metabolism-boosting smoothie recipe to burn extra calories without trying!

The catechins found in green tea have antioxidant properties that boost metabolism. Mangoes are a superfruit high in dietary fiber, which will keep you feeling full. Mangoes are also a great source of Vitamins A (as beta-carotene), B6 C, E and K. Mangoes also contain potassium, copper and various amino acids as well as omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

Recipe:

2 scoops French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1-1.5 cups green tea
¼ cup mango (fresh or frozen)
¼ strawberries
4-6 ice cubes
