Mangoes are also a great source of Vitamins A (as beta-carotene), B6 C, E and K. Mangoes also contain potassium, copper and various amino acids as well as omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

Recipe:

2 scoops French Vanilla Superfood Shake
1-1.5 cups green tea
¼ cup mango (fresh or frozen)
¼ strawberries
4-6 ice cubes

Put all of the ingredients into the blender with the ice, blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
