2 scoops French Vanilla or Triple Chocolate Brownie INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1 cup water, non-fat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
1 cup frozen or fresh berries
3-5 ice cubes

Put all the ingredients into a blender; blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
