These no-bake peanut butter and jelly bars couldn’t be easier to make! Just mix together the simple ingredients   and place in the freezer to solidify. Now you have a handy snack or healthy treat ready to go when you are.

Recipe:

Makes 12 bars

1 cup rolled oats
¾ cup smooth natural peanut butter
1 scoop French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
2 tsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp finely chopped dried fruit (cranberries, cherries, raisins)

Line a small baking sheet or metal baking dish with parchment paper.

In a bowl, add the oats, peanut butter, INVIGOR8, coconut oil, vanilla and salt. Mix until everything is combined. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and press into a ½-inch thick rectangle. Sprinkle the dried fruit all over the top and use your hands to press it into the dough so it sticks.

Transfer to the freezer to chill for at least 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to eat.
