If you’ve ever had the popular Indian drink called a mango lassi, you know how refreshing and delicious it is. This peach version is low in sugar and loaded with nourishing ingredients. It’s a sweet pick-me-up on a hot summer day!
Recipe: (Serves 1)
1 heaping cup fresh or frozen peaches, mangoes or pineapple Juice from ½ lime ¾ cup plain yogurt ¼ tsp ground cardamom ¼ cup water 1 scoop French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake ¼ cup chopped fresh peaches, mangoes or pineapple (optional)
In a high-speed blender, add the frozen fruit, lime juice, yogurt, cardamom, water and INVIGOR8 shake powder. Blend until smooth. Stir in the chopped fresh fruit, if using.
