Peaches are a summertime staple and provide a great deal of nutrients, with few calories and no fat. Add peaches to your shake a daily serving of fruit; since they're only 68 calories each they can help you lose weight.
Healthy Peach Smoothie Recipe:
2 scoops French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1 cup water, nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
½ cup frozen, unsweetened peaches or half of a fresh peach
2-3 ice cubes
Put all of the ingredients into a blender; blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
