This chia oat bowl is high in healthy fats, fiber and protein and low in sugar to keep you energized all the way through lunch. Get creative and add whatever fruit toppings you have on hand.
½ cup rolled oats
1 cup water
2 tsp chia seeds
1 scoop French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
½ peach, chopped
3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
In a small microwavable bowl, combine the oats and water and microwave for 90 seconds.
Stir in the chia seeds and INVIGOR8. If the oats seem too thick, add a splash of water or almond milk. Allow the chia seeds to hydrate for 10 minutes.
Top with chopped peach and almond milk.
