Beets improve cardiovascular health and may even help improve endurance. Sneak them into smoothies; you won’t even notice!
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ beet, cooked or raw*
¼ cup whole milk yogurt
1 scoop French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.*If you don’t have a high-speed blender, make sure the beet is cooked. Vitamix and Blendtec blenders do a good job of blending raw beets for smoothies.
