For the crust:
½ cup dates, pitted
½ cup pecans
½ cup rolled oats
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
For the filling:
1 cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
