This super easy cake recipe will satisfy your sweet cravings, and is healthy enough to snack on after a workout!  Just mix together a few simple ingredients, microwave, and voilà — you have a healthy, delicious treat ready in minutes!

Recipe:

2 tsp coconut oil, melted
1 egg
⅓ cup almond flour
1 scoop French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake*
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
⅛ tsp cardamom
¼ tsp gluten-free baking powder
Yogurt and maple syrup for topping                        

Melt the coconut oil in a microwavable mug or jar. Add the remainder of the ingredients and stir until well-combined. Microwave for 1 minute. Top with yogurt and drizzle with maple syrup.
