    wow ...its true

    this product is the first one that I tried that really works.

    I have very little appetite, I'm hardly ever hungry ,and still have lots of energy..I do suggest following directions,because taking them on an empty stomach is best..i lost 50lbs went from size 14 to size 9-10, and may even be size 8 in some things. Thanks so much. I definitely going to continue using these products..they really work

    easy to swallow. I do not notice any loss of hunger urges but I'm not worried about gaining weight as I am able to keep at 120 lbs

    It's ok. I expected to lose weight and inches on my waist. It never happened. I may lose an ounce here and there, but that's it.

    Although, I can say it doesn't get you hungry.
