Shipping

Please email us to report an item that arrived damaged. When an item is damaged during shipping, please keep all shipping materials for inspection by the shipping agent.

You can cancel any time up to one day before your Subscribe & Save order is scheduled to renew from your customer dashboard, or contact our Customer Care department by email or phone at 1-800-958-3392 during our regular business hours. Otherwise your product will be shipped to you as scheduled and you will continue to be billed at the recurring order price.

Your request for cancellation by phone or email will be processed immediately during our regular customer care hours, Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 7:00 pm EST. However, you will be responsible for any charges, billing or shipments that have already been processed, shipped to you or that have been delivered at the time of your cancellation.

If you wish to cancel outside of our Customer Care hours, you may do so from your customer dashboard up to one day in advance, or submit a request at least 3 days in advance of renewal to cancel by email.

All cancellation requests made by phone or email will receive an RMA number and a confirmation email. Please keep this number for your records. Any future discrepancies resulting from not having a RMA number will be resolved at our discretion.
