Q. How does the Subscribe & Save Program work?
A. Our Subscribe & Save Program offers you deep discounts on our products and free shipping on many of them. Simply select a Subscribe & Save option when placing your order, and your supplements will be automatically shipped according to the schedule you select. Thereafter, you will continue to receive a fresh supply according to the delivery schedule you selected for as long as you stay a member of our Subscribe & Save Program.
The card you provide when you order your first bottle will be automatically charged the discounted price on future orders. You may cancel your subscription any time, no questions asked. (Orders already in process cannot be cancelled so be sure to cancel at least 3 days in advance of your next scheduled ship date.)
Q. How do I canceI Subscribe & Save orders?
A. Unless you contact our customer care department by email or call 1-800-780-4331 to cancel scheduled Subscribe & Save orders, product will be shipped to you as scheduled and you will continue to be billed at the recurring order price.
Your request for cancellation, whether by phone or email, will be processed immediately during our regular customer care hours, Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. However, you will be responsible for any charges, billing or shipments that have already been processed, shipped to you or that have been delivered at the time of your cancellation.
If you wish to cancel outside of our customer care hours, you may submit a request to cancel by email. All cancellation requests, whether by phone or email, will receive an RMA number and a confirmation email. Please keep this number for your records. Any future discrepancies resulting from not having a RMA number will be resolved at the discretion of the company.
