Celebrate National Pina Colada Day on July 10 with this refreshing, nutrient-packed pina colada protein smoothie recipe! It’s ultra creamy, thanks to the coconut milk and almond butter, and perfectly sweet and tangy from the pineapple and lime. Ke aloha (that's Hawaiian for "cheers")!

Recipe:

1 heaping cup frozen or fresh pineapple
1 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
1 scoop French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
2 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp almond butter
1 cup ice cubes (about 6)

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. If you aren’t using frozen pineapple, add more ice cubes to make it thicker, if desired.
