Blend up this metabolism-boosting smoothie recipe to burn extra calories without trying!The catechins found in green tea have antioxidant properties that boost metabolism. Mangoes are a superfruit high in dietary fiber, which will keep you feeling full. Mangoes are also a great source of Vitamins A (as beta-carotene), B6 C, E and K. Mangoes also contain potassium, copper and various amino acids as well as omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients into the blender with the ice, blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Enjoy!
