About This Recipe
If you’ve ever had the popular Indian drink called a mango lassi, you know how refreshing and delicious it is. This peach version is low in sugar and loaded with nourishing ingredients. It’s a sweet pick-me-up on a hot summer day!
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, add the frozen fruit, lime juice, yogurt, cardamom, water and INVIGOR8 shake powder.
- Blend until smooth. Stir in the chopped fresh fruit, if using.
