I never leave reviews, but I definitely feel compelled to leave one now. I've been subscribed for over a year, but I stopped for a while to try cheaper alternatives and when I signed up again, I opted for the Triple Chocolate Brownie shake which is my favorite. What I got in the mail was the Vanilla, which was disappointing because the chocolate tastes better (to me at least) and also has more fiber so you feel full longer. I called the company and left a voicemail just to make sure my subscription was actually for Chocolate and to make sure my next delivery would be correct. Julie from the company called back and left me a voicemail apologizing for the error and letting me know that a chocolate replacement was on it's way and to feel free to keep the vanilla. I was delighted with this level of service and it just solidified my desire to do business with this company. It was clearly just someone's error since the shipping receipt showed chocolate and I had resigned myself to just suck it up and use the vanilla until my next shipment, but this company went above and beyond to make it right for me and that just goes SO far in my book! It's hard to find legitimate, honest companies these days that provide such a high level of service so they have definitely earned my business for life!
