Spinach Fruit Smoothie

This spinach fruit smoothie recipe has iron-rich spinach, and you will be surprised at how good it tastes. With the added health benefits of a small amount of fresh fruit and INVIGOR8, you will have more energy and feel better throughout the day.

Recipe:

2 scoops French Vanilla or Triple Chocolate Brownie INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1 cup water, nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
¼ banana
¼ cup frozen mixed fruit
Handful fresh spinach

Put all of the ingredients into the blende; blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
