Recipe:

2 scoops French Vanilla or Triple Chocolate Brownie INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1 cup water, nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
¼ banana
¼ cup frozen mixed fruit
Handful fresh spinach

Put all of the ingredients into the blende; blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
