Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, molasses, honey and egg until smooth. Add the almond flour, oats, INVIGOR8 powder, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Mix until thoroughly combined. Place in the fridge to chill for at least 20 minutes.
- Use a tablespoon to scoop the dough onto a baking sheet, making sure cookies are 2 inches apart. Bake for 8 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow to cool before storing in an airtight container in the fridge.
Variations - more calories or less
- Replace the water with your favorite milk of choice like nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk. This will increase total nutritional intake.
