'Tis the season for pumpkin spice everything and this smoothie bowl will not disappoint! The pumpkin puree makes it silky smooth and the chia seeds add healthy fats and act as a natural thickener.*

Recipe:
(Serves 1)

1 cup pumpkin puree
½ frozen banana
½ cup plain whole milk yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 scoop French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
Toppings: banana slices, coconut flakes, pecans

In a high-speed blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with banana slices, pecans and coconut flakes.
