About This Recipe

A fruity packed, vanilla smoothie to start your day or for a nutritious snack. Mix berries berries provide potassium, magnesium, Vitamin C and K, fiber, and prebiotics while promoting a healthy gut.

Ingredients

1 banana, medium
2 scoops of French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood powder
1 cup of oat milk
1 cup of mixed berries, frozen
A few ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add the Vanilla Invigor8 Superfood powder, frozen banana, oat milk, frozen berries and ice cubes to a blender.
  • Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add some more oat milk to thin it out.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
