Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a blender; blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Top with fresh pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!!

- To increase calories, exchange the water for your favorite milk like nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk, oat milk or rice milk.

1 banana, medium
2 scoops of French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood powder
1 cup of oat milk
1 cup of mixed berries, frozen
A few ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the Vanilla Invigor8 Superfood powder, frozen banana, oat milk, frozen berries and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add some more oat milk to thin it out.
