Easy to make and so delicious! You can make it overnight for breakfast or have it as a snack or dessert later in the day. Full of fiber and so nutritious!
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup coconut milk
2 scoops French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
6 tbsp chia seed
2 tbsp organic maple syrup
Fresh mint for garnish
Combine unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk, INIVIGOR8 Superfood Shake, chia seeds and maple syrup in a deep bowl. Whisk until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 8 hours. Serve with washed raspberries on top and garnish with fresh mint.
Optional: You can also add raspberries to the mixture, mix in blender and chill for 8 hours.
