This recipe makes it easy to increase protein in your diet.

Nut butters are naturally high in protein, but INVIGOR8 shake powder adds even more protein plus nourishing ingredients. Cinnamon and vanilla make this recipe taste similar to peanut butter cookie dough. Spread it on toast, smear it on a banana or eat it straight up with a spoon.

Recipe:
(Makes 16 oz) 

1 16 oz jar natural peanut butter
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
½ tsp salt (add only if peanut butter is unsalted)

Empty the peanut butter jar into a medium-sized bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.

Store in the fridge in a mason jar or other storage container with a lid. Spread on toast, banana or eat by the spoonful.
