 Blueberries and Cream Ice Pops

These nutrient-rich ice pops will help you cool off while providing a nice dose of collagen protein and antioxidants. This ice pop is loaded with healthy fat, protein and carbs for a well-balanced treat. The perfect treat for a warm summer day!

Recipe:
(Makes about 10 ice pops using a 4-oz mold)

2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
1 cup 2% milk 
½ cup plain, full-fat yogurt
3 tbsp honey
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
2 scoops INVIGOR8 Collagen Peptides

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on medium-high speed until smooth.

Pour mixture into ice pop molds. Freeze 6-8 hours or overnight.
