The perfect snack to fuel your workout or workday, these energy balls are made with French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake and loaded with healthy fats, protein and nutrients to keep you energized.
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender and process until a smooth dough forms, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Roll the "dough" into tablespoon-sized balls. Place in the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour. If desired, roll the balls in a mixture of coconut sugar and cinnamon.
