About This Recipe
A new approach to breakfast with the INVIGOR8 Crepe. This simple recipe is high in protein and vitamins. You can choose a filling of your choice like peanut butter, nutella, or whip up some fresh cream for a fluffy filling with fresh fruit and nuts.
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients into a bowl.
- Place a small pan on the stove and heat under medium heat.
- When the pan is warm, add a small amount of butter to the pain and let melt.
- Spoon a 2 oz ladle of your crepe mixture into the pain and allow to cook completely.
- Flip the crepe and cook an extra minute on the other side.
- Remove and place on a plate and continue the process with the remaining of the crepe batter.
- Enjoy a crepe either smeared with your favorite nut butter, chopped nuts, or with fresh whipped cream and fruit!
Variations - more calories or less
- Exchange out the flavor of the INVIGOR8 Superfood shake for Triple Chocolate Brownie or any of the flavors.

- 4 large egg whites
- 1 scoops of French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood shake powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp of butter for frying

Ingredients
1 banana, medium
2 scoops of French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood powder
1 cup of oat milk
1 cup of mixed berries, frozen
A few ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the Vanilla Invigor8 Superfood powder, frozen banana, oat milk, frozen berries and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add some more oat milk to thin it out.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
