Gluten Free No-Bake Peanut Butter & Jelly Bars

These no-bake peanut butter and jelly bars couldn’t be easier to make! Just mix together the simple ingredients and place in the freezer to solidify. Now you have a handy snack or healthy treat ready to go when you are.
Instructions
- Line a small baking sheet or metal baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, add the oats, peanut butter, INVIGOR8, coconut oil, vanilla and salt. Mix until everything is combined. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and press into a ½-inch thick rectangle. Sprinkle the dried fruit all over the top and use your hands to press it into the dough so it sticks.
- Transfer to the freezer to chill for at least 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to eat.
