One of my personal favorite shakes, this recipe is loaded with greens, sweet juices, and protein to make sure you check all the boxes on a healthy start. The ingredients might look intimidating, but give it a shot.

- 1 tsp chopped parsley, fresh
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 whole granny smith apple, chopped
- 1 tsp spirulina algae powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 whole banana, medium

2 scoops of French Vanilla INVIGOR8 superfood shake
2 handfuls of baby spinach
1 heaping cup of frozen mangos
1 kiwi
1 medium banana
1 cup of almond or oat milk
