About This Recipe
A fruity packed, vanilla smoothie to start your day or for a nutritious snack. Mix berries berries provide potassium, magnesium, Vitamin C and K, fiber, and prebiotics while promoting a healthy gut.
Instructions
- Add the Vanilla Invigor8 Superfood powder, frozen banana, oat milk, frozen berries and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add some more oat milk to thin it out.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
Variations - more calories or less

- Too much carbohydrates? Just remove the banana from the mix!
