About This Recipe
For an extra high protein smoothie, just add some peanut butter and some banana to Triple Chocolate Brownie or French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake. Not only will this healthy peanut butter banana smoothie taste like a treat, but you'll get a good dose of potassium, protein, and fiber to boot.
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients into the blender with 4-6 ice cubes, blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. If too thick, add more liquid to the smoothie to your desired consistency. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
Variations - more calories or less
- Exchange the almond milk for a milk of your choice.
- Want a chocolate option? Just exchange out the French Vanilla flavor for the Triple Chocolate Brownie flavor.
