About This Recipe
The Chocolate Invigor8 Superfood Shake powder allows you to enjoy this rich, iconic recipe with a healthier approach. Add shredded coconut and coconut oil brings notes of almond joys to mind with less guilt. Either drop style or in a pan, this fun treat is perfect for dessert anywhere with health benefits.
Instructions
- In a pot, combine sugar, milk, and coconut oil over medium heat till warmed through with small bubbles forming through the mixture.
- Add rolled oats, chocolate Invigor8 Superfood Shake powder, vanilla, peanut butter and shredded coconut. Combine throughly and cook over low heat for five minutes.
- For squares, place the mixture in a greased pan 8x8 pan, press out evenly and let cool. Cut into 4 X 4 squares and serve!
- Optional: Scoop the warm mixture onto a baking sheet in let cool as another way to enjoy the drop classic cookie. Makes approximately 16 drop cookies.
Variations - more calories or less
- Sprinkle chai seeds on top while cooling for another texture to enjoy.
- Substitute butter for coconut oil.
- Add an extra scoop of Chocolate Invigor8 Superfood shake powder to an even richer chocolate flavor.
