About This Recipe
This is an energy boosting creamy smoothie packed full of nutritional benefits. Apples and cinnamon help control blood sugar levels and have strong antioxidant benefits. The added banana is a good source of vitamins, minerals and fiber and gives the smoothie extra creaminess.
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a blender; blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
Variations - more calories or less
- To increase calories, exchange out the water for your favorite milk product; plant or animal based.

1 banana, medium
2 scoops of French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood powder
1 cup of oat milk
1 cup of mixed berries, frozen
A few ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the Vanilla Invigor8 Superfood powder, frozen banana, oat milk, frozen berries and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add some more oat milk to thin it out.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
