About This Recipe
Save time by filling plastic baggies with strawberries, bananas or any of your favorite fruits and place in the freezer. When you're ready to blend up a banana strawberry smoothie, simply toss the frozen fruit in with the rest of the ingredients. So easy and convenient!
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients into the blender; blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
Variations - more calories or less
- Exchange out oatmilk for a milk of your choice!
- Want popsicles? Freeze the smoothie into popsicle molds for 24 hours for a cold treat on a hot day.
