Peach Raspberry Smoothie

What could be more tasty than a sweet, juicy peach? This is a great smoothie for breakfast if you're looking to lose weight. Peaches make you feel full and will keep you from overeating. And as a bonus, one peach adds only about 68 calories to your smoothie. 

Recipe:

2 scoops French Vanilla or Triple Chocolate Brownie INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1 cup water (or nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk, or rice milk)
½ cup frozen or fresh peaches

¼ cup raspberries

4-6 ice cubes

Put all of the ingredients into the blender; blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
