Vanilla and peppermint make this tea latte a great option for the mid-afternoon slump. Peppermint and protein provide an energy boost so you can get all your tasks accomplished.
Recipe:
(Makes 1 serving)
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 peppermint tea bag
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Drop of pure peppermint extract, optional
1 tbsp honey
1 scoop INVIGOR8 Collagen Peptides
Place almond milk in a small saucepan set over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, then add the peppermint tea bag.
Let the tea bag steep in simmering milk for 10 minutes, or longer for a stronger peppermint flavor.
Remove milk from heat and discard the tea bag.
Use a handheld or battery-powered whisk to mix in vanilla extract, peppermint extract, honey and collagen. Whisk until frothy.
Enjoy while warm.
