Recipe:

1 serving Triple Chocolate Brownie or French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1 cup water, nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
2-3 ice cubes

Put all of the ingredients into a blender; blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
