Want to jazz up your morning coffee with a bit of flavor and protein? This almond collagen coffee is a meal within itself, with a dose of all the macros you need. Honey provides carbs, almond butter is a dose of healthy fats, and collagen peptides provide a hefty dose of protein. This drink could be a well-balanced meal in itself.
Instructions
- Pour hot brewed coffee into a high-speed blender. Add almond milk, almond butter, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, almond extract, sea salt and collagen.
- Cover and blend on medium-high speed until well-combined and frothy.
- Divide between two mugs and enjoy while warm.
