Gluten Free Cinnamon Sugar Doughnuts

On a chilly day, warm up with a cup of hot cider or hot chocolate and these moist, delicious cinnamon sugar doughnuts! You'll feel doubly comforted knowing they're grain-free and include healthy fats and protein.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325˚ F. Lightly grease a standard doughnut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, maple syrup and coconut oil. Add the almond flour, INVIGOR8 powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Divide the batter between the six donut molds, spreading it out into a doughnut shape. Bake for 12 minutes, or until the outside of the doughnuts is firm to the touch. Allow to cool for a few minutes.
- In a wide and shallow bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. In a small microwavable bowl, melt the coconut oil. Brush the coconut oil onto a doughnut and then immediately dredge it in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Repeat with all of the doughnuts.
- Enjoy warm or cover and store in the fridge for up to four days.
