Gluten Free, Frosted Triple Chocolate Brownies

About This Recipe
December 8 is National Brownie Day and we highly recommend that you make the most fudgy, delicious, and nutritious chocolate protein brownies ever. They are dense, fudgy and loaded with chocolate without being too sweet.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350º F. Line an 8x8" or 9x5" baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwavable bowl, add the coconut oil and chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals until the chocolate is just melted and silky smooth, stirring after each interval.
- In a separate large bowl, whisk the eggs, tapioca flour, coconut sugar or cane sugar, cacao powder, INVIGOR8 powder, vanilla and salt until smooth. Stir in the melted chocolate and coconut oil until smooth and thickened.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan and spread into one even layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cookies are set around the edges and center. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then remove from the pan and cut into squares.
Variations - more calories or less
- Go gluten free by exchange out with gluten free flour of your choice!
- Recipe makes approximately 20 muffins. (Bake 18-20 minutes)
- Recipe makes three mini 3"X5" loaves (Bake 35-40 minutes)
- Add 1/2 cups chocolate chips for your chocolate cravings.

2 eggs, at room temperature

1 1/2 cup spouted whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
3 large ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbs chia seeds
2 Tbs ground flax seeds
2 Tbs rolled oats, for topping
- (Makes 20 small squares)
