There’s nothing like the smell and taste of gingerbread cookies to get you into the holiday spirit! These gingerbread cookie balls pack the same flavor without all of the sugar and refined flour. Whip these up for a scrumptious treat or snack to nibble on throughout the week!
Instructions
- In a food processor or high-speed blender, add the walnuts, almond flour Superfood powder, molasses, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves and salt.
- Process/blend until a dough starts to come together, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Roll into 10 to 12 balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
Variations - more calories or less
- Replace the water with your favorite milk of choice like nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk. This will increase total nutritional intake.

Instructions
- Heat milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat until just simmering.
