Instructions
- In a pot combine almond milk, honey and spice and slowing bring to a low boil.
- Remove the pot from the heat and add in the two black tea bags and allow the mixture to steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and the cinnamon stick. Pour the mixture into your favorite mug and add your INVIGOR8 Collagen peptides
