Instructions
For the Crust:
- Combined all the ingredients in a food processor and process till a combined.
- Press into a 9x9 inch pan.
For the Filling:
- Combine all the filling ingredients into a food processor and blend till smooth.
- Pour the filling over the crust.
- Place in the freezer overnight and thaw 15-20 minutes before cutting and serving.
- Store all leftovers in an airtight container.

- 12 Medjool dates, pitted (about 1 cup packed)
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup raw pecans
- Pinch of salt
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
For the Filling:
